Dedicated Desk
From $300 per month inc. GST based on 6 month reservation.
1 month and 3 month discounted rates available.
Minimum reservation 1 month.
WIFI, dedicated motorised partitioned desk, ergonomic chair, lockable filing pedestal and use of white board in the shared office space.
Bonus: Use of Guest Lounge and Meeting Room is included.
Dedicated Lockable Office
From $660 per month inc. GST bases on min of 6 month reservation.
1 - 3 month discounted package available.
Minimum reservation 1 month.
Office capacity is one - two person. Private small office of 5 sqm with secure lockable door. WIFI, motorised desk, ergonomic chair, lockable filing pedestal and white board is provided.
Bonus: Use of Guest Lounge and Meeting Room is included.
You have opportunity of adding your personal belongings to the office fitout and leaving it there for the duration of your reservation.
Meeting Rooms
$250 half day, $350 per day inc. GST.
Room capacity max 5 pax.
Soundproof room is equipped with wall mount TV for casting or conferencing, whiteboard, WiFi and wired internet connection. Perfect for online meetings, mediations and Owners Corporation AGMs.
Bonus: use of guest lounge with unlimited self serve tea/coffee and privacy phone room is included.

Guest Lounge with Privacy Phone Room
Unlimited tea, coffee, use of microwave, kettle and fridge, cutlery and crockery provided, table, seating, lounge sits.
Privacy Phone Room is perfect place to take those important calls in quiet and secure environment.
Meeting Tables
$55 per day inc. GST.
Table capacity up to 4 persons. Meeting tables are in the open coworking space. WIFI and whiteboard is provided.
